facturer’s shrinkwrap (where applicable).
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, checks andmoney orders. We reserve the right
to hold orders paid for by check for up to five business days.
SHIPPING:
Orders for manufactured-on-demand product
typically ship within 4-7 business days of receipt. Please remem-
ber to allow 3-5 business days for us to receive orders by mail.
RETURN POLICY:
You may return any unopened item within 30 days
of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling
charges. Opened product can be returned only if item is defective and
the return is made within 30 days of receipt. Defective items will be
replaced with the same title if available, or a merchandise credit if not.
If there is a problem with your shipment that may be able to be resolve
without sending the item back, please contact our Returns Department
at 1-800-336-4627. We credit/refund shipping charges only if the return
is a result of our error.
LIBRARY & INSTITUTIONAL SALES:
We accept purchase orders
from libraries, schools, colleges, universities and government institu-
tions. Net 30 terms apply. Purchase orders can be placed via our web-
site, faxed to 610-649-0315, or mailed to the address on the order form.
DVD-R PRODUCT:
Products listed in this catalog as "DVD-R" are
manufactured-on-demand by studios using DVD-R recordable media.
Almost all DVD players can play DVD-Rs (except for some older mod-
elsmade before 2000) - please consult your owner'smanual for formats
compatible with your player. Some DVD-Rs may not play on all com-
puters or DVD player/recorders. This is normal. To address this, we rec-
ommend viewing this product on a DVD player that does not have
recording capability. Orders for manufactured-on-demand product
typically ship within 4-7 business days of receipt.
DID YOU KNOW?
We ship over 90% of our packages using recycled
boxes and packing material. This allows us to keep our costs down
(which in turn gets passed on to you in the form of lower prices) and
saves HUNDREDS of tons of cardboard and paper from going into our
landfills each and every year.

sumer" recycled content. If your community has a newsprint recycling
program, we encourage you to recycle your catalog when finished.
